My PDU File

You will find your training file on the ÉduChAD professional development platform, which you may access from the ChAD Portal. Your training file allows you to:

- Register for training activities or access the ones you are already registered for
- Consult your PDU file to check how many PDUs you have earned and whether you have fulfilled your professional development obligations

To access your file, you must sign in to the ChAD Portal using the email address where you receive ChAD communications and the password you created for the ChAD Portal. If you do not remember your password, click on “Forgot your password?” Then, follow the onscreen instructions to reset it.

Can my employer consult my training file on the ChAD Portal?

Your employer may consult your training file, provided you have given them permission to do so.

Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, it is up to you to consent to this. You must therefore give your employer permission to consult your training file by checking the relevant box in your profile.

 Here’s how to do it:

1. Sign in to the ChAD Portal and click on “Profile” and then “Employments”.

2. Click on the job for which you would like your employer to view your training file.

3. Check the consent box (in the yellow section at the top of the page).
