ONLINE TRAINING
You may be refunded for online training if you request the refund within 30 days of purchase and have not yet begun the training. If you have begun the training, no refund is possible.
If the ChAD no longer offers a training activity but equivalent training is available, registration will be transferred. If not, you will receive a refund.
TRAINING PROGRAMME
A refund for the purchase of a training programme may be issued within 30 days of purchase, as long as none of the training activities included in the programme have begun. If one of the training activities has begun, no refund is possible.
BULK PURCHASE
If you have purchased a bulk of training activities, a refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase. A refund will only be issued for training that has not yet begun.
SELF-DECLARATION
Once an application has been submitted for analysis, no refund is possible, even if the application is refused.
PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS
Once the application for analysis has been submitted, no refund is possible. If the application is refused, the amount of $25 for the cost of printing the certificate will be refunded.
APPLICATION FOR RECOGNITION OF TRAINING
When applying to have training recognized, please note the following:
- The fees for analysis must be paid before the evaluation begins and are non-refundable.
- If the training is recognized, additional fees will be required and must be paid within 30 days. If the fees are not paid, the training will be de-listed, its accreditation number will no longer be valid, and no professional development units (PDUs) will be granted.
- If recognition is refused, no additional fees will be required.
- Finally, when the ChAD withdraws recognition of a training activity, recognition fees are non-refundable.
The ChAD reserves the right to withdraw recognition of a training activity if it does not comply with the established regulations and implementation directives. In such cases, fees related to its recognition are non-refundable.
APPLICATION FOR RECOGNITION OF A TRAINER
When applying to have a trainer recognized, file analysis fees must be paid before the evaluation begins and are non-refundable.
If the trainer is recognized, additional fees will be required when the trainer’s name is attached to the training. If the trainer is refused recognition, there will be no additional fees.
If the ChAD withdraws the trainer’s recognition, recognition fees are non-refundable.
ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS
ONLINE COURSES
To earn PDUs, participants must pass the multiple-choice summative exam at the end of the training session. Participants who fail the exam may take it a second time. Participants who fail the exam three times must redo the training in full before being allowed to retake the summative exam.
MANDATORY COURSE
Please note that for the mandatory course, if the participant fails the summative exam, he must repeat the entire course until he achieves a minimum score of 60%, at no extra charge. The member’s training file is updated as soon as training has been completed. Participants can download their certificate(s) of attendance by going to ÉduChad, click on “My file” in the left-hand menu, then click on « My training file » icon. The certificates of attendance will appear on the right. Log in to the ChAD Portail to access EduChAD. »
