Cancellation policy

Online Training Sessions

No cancellations, reimbursements or course substitutions are allowed. Course fees are subject to all applicable taxes in Quebec.

To earn PDUs, participants must pass the multiple-choice summative exam at the end of the training session. Participants who fail the exam may take it a second time. Participants who fail the exam twice must redo the training in full before being allowed to retake the summative exam. Please note that for the mandatory course, Focusing on Compliance, participants may only take the exam once. Participants who fail the summative exam on the first try must retake the course in full. No additional fees are charged in either of these two situations.

The member’s training file is updated as soon as training has been completed. Participants can download their certificate(s) of attendance by going to ÉduChad and clicking on “Consult My Certificates” under the “My Profile” tab (for further information, please consult the ÉduChad – User Manual – Members [in French only]).

Classroom Training Sessions

Registration must be cancelled in writing and received by the ChAD at least two working days before the training takes place. Transfer of registration to another participant is accepted at no additional cost up until the training is held. The ChAD must be notified of such transfers.

The ChAD reserves the right to cancel training sessions. If a cancellation occurs, the ChAD is only responsible for reimbursing registration fees. Participants who have provided their e-mail address or telephone number are notified as soon as possible.

Please note that at the end of the training session, the participant is responsible for signing the attendance sheet and providing his AMF certificate number. The member’s training file is updated within 10 working days of the activity. Participants can download their certificate(s) of attendance by logging into ÉduChAD and clicking on “Consult My Certificates” under the “My Profile” tab (for further information, please consult the ÉduChad – User Manual – Members [in French only]).
