The Chambre de l'assurance de dommages (ChAD) is proud to present its new strategic plan for the period 2024-2027. This plan is designed to guide the ChAD's actions over the next four years. On this page, discover the actions planned for this year, as well as the orientations guiding our strategic planning up to 2027.
KEY PROJECTS 2024-2027
These are the main actions that the ChAD will carry out over the 24I27 period, demonstrating the ChAD’s determination to continuously improve and transform its support methods: inspire confidence, contribute to the excellence of certified professionals and influence the evolution of their professional practices.

Orientations and strategies
Each initiative will be guided by the ChAD’s desire to be present, excellent and innovative. Here are the five priority strategies and projects for the 24I27 strategic plan.
1. Develop a closer, more committed relationship with our certified professionals and other stakeholders
We will be working on :
- strengthening synergy and collaboration with the Autorité des marchés financiers,
- getting closer to certified professionals to better understand their needs and realities,
- collaborating with targeted partner organizations to enhance the value of ethics.
2. Demonstrate the ChAD’s competence and relevance to the industry
We will be working on :
- Deploying new methods of supporting certified professionals to influence their practices in line with their day-to-day work, as well as with laws and regulations.
- Developing our current support resources, including the training activities catalog and website.
3. Understand technologies, assess their impact on the industry and on the ChAD, then integrate the most relevant ones into our processes and service offering.
We will be working on :
Understanding
- monitoring technological trends,
- benchmarking framing practices in other jurisdictions.
Evaluating
- aligning our service offer following the assessment of the impact of technology on the industry and on the practice of certified professionals,
- drawing up a technological action plan specific to the ChAD.
Integrating
- modifying the ChAD’s technological tools,
- monitoring in order to equip certified professionals and organizations with tools for upcoming changes.
4. Committing our teams to an organizational culture aligned with the ChAD’s strategic orientations (Presence, Excellence, Innovation)
We will be working on :
- Deepening our methods for creating and managing collective intelligence,
- Structuring CRM data and using it to improve support methods and decision-making.
5. Evolving the business model to ensure the ChAD’s sustainability
We will be working on :
- analyzing and reflecting on the ChAD’s current business model,
- diversifying current services offered to different clientèles,
- responding to new needs by creating new services.
