Ensure that your training activity falls within one of the categories listed in the Regulation respecting the compulsory professional development of the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages. They are defined as follows:
Recognized categories and subjects

Training in soft skills, language courses, and professional development courses are eligible for certification as long as the application for certification shows a clear connection between the course content and the protection of the public in matters related to damage insurance.
For example, training on active listening could be certified if the course content is connected to the damage insurance broker’s or agent’s ethical obligation to act as an advisor.
