Your Responsibilities

Monitor every stage
You are responsible for your claim. Monitor every stage of the work done in your home.
Ask questions
The claims adjuster assigned to your file is like an orchestra conductor. He is responsible for guiding you and keeping you informed throughout the process.
Take photos
Take photos of what happened (building and personal property), keep your receipts and ask for a copy of documents signed during the claims settlement process.
Negotiate
Review the quotes you receive and approve the proposed costs before authorizing any work or accepting the offer of settlement.
Monitor the work
Confirm that you are satisfied with the work that has been done before making the final payment to service providers.
