​​​The Hearings of the Discipline Committee are open to the public and they abide by the rules of customary law, the burden of proof and the right to a full answer and defense. The Discipline Committee determines whether a professional is guilty or not. One can appeal a decision of the Discipline Committee before the Court of Quebec.
