Description

This mandatory course must be taken by all agents, brokers and claims adjusters during the 2022-2023 reference period.

The course is two hours in length and is broken down into four 30-minute modules, allowing you to take it at your own pace. For example, you can take one module per day to spread the training over four days.

At the beginning of the course, you will be asked a few questions in order to direct you to the version that corresponds to your profile.

General objective

You will be diving into a new training experience.

We are taking you on an adventure where you will play the role of an investigator at the Syndic’s Office of the ChAD.

You will examine three major ethical obligations: your duty to inform the insured, to properly perform your work, and to act with professionalism. You will be asked to analyze three ethical complaints and determine whether the professionals involved have integrated these competencies into their daily work.

This course, in which you are the hero, offers an interactive course consisting of, among other things, scenes played by actors, multiple-choice questions, specific feedback given by the syndicate character, telephone recordings and videoconferences.

Specific objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the information to provide to the client.
  • Recognize professional behavior, i.e., thoroughness, seriousness and competence.
  • Determine if the required means have been taken to properly execute their work.
  • Recognize the good practices to be applied in the execution of their professional obligations.
