Discipline Committee rulings create a great de​al of interest, however they are often poorly understood.

This new ChAD course will enable participants to better reflect on professional practices while learning how to read and understand disciplinary rulings.

OBJECTIVES

Understand and learn from recent disciplinary rulings in order to be able to adapt one’s daily professional practice when the need arises. Participants will be better equipped to make the right decisions when faced with problematic situations that involve compliance or respecting professional obligations.
