*Since the 2016-2017 reference period, agents, brokers and claims adjusters have been required to take a mandatory course of 2 PDUs each reference period, based on a training activity developed by ChAD. For the reference period 2022-2023, the mandatory course for agents, brokers and claims adjusters is named : « You Be the Investigator! ». PDUs earned by taking this course count towards the current 20 compulsory PDUs per reference period.
