The ChAD is firmly committed to ensuring its members comply with professional practice standards. It therefore provides them with the summaries of various disciplinary decisions. Complete versions are also available for consultation. To make sure that the members fully understand these disciplinary decisions, the ChAD also publishes articles reviewing certain cases, along with the Discipline Committee’s decision and an explanation of the relevant case law.
The full text of decisions handed down by the Discipline Committee since January 1, 2000 may be found at citoyens.soquij.qc.ca. Click on “CDCHAD” under the list of tribunals and organizations.
